Getting started with your sign-in code
Signing in to the Sarria portal uses two things: your password, and a 6-digit code from a password app (or a free authenticator app) on your phone. It keeps your account secure — and you only set it up once. Here's how, step by step.
1 Choose where your code will live
You only need your code in one place. Pick whichever you already have:
Use something you already have. If you already use an app like Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, or you save passwords on your iPhone (Settings › Passwords, or the Passwords app), use that — it can store your Sarria code and fill it in for you automatically. No download needed.
Or install a free app. From the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android): Microsoft AuthenticatorGoogle Authenticator
2 Scan the QR code
When you first sign in, the portal shows a square QR code on your screen.
Open the app (or iPhone Passwords), tap + / "Add account", choose "Scan a QR code", and point your phone's camera at the code on your screen. It adds "Sarria" automatically.
3 Enter the 6-digit code
Your app (or iPhone Passwords) now shows a 6-digit code for Sarria. Type it into the portal and you're in.
If you saved it in iPhone Passwords or a password manager, it will often fill the code in for you — just tap to accept.
The code refreshes every 30 seconds — if it's about to change, just wait for the fresh one.
Every time after that
Sign in with your email and password as usual. When the portal asks for your code, open the app (or iPhone Passwords), read the current 6-digit number for "Sarria", and type it in. No scanning again — that was only for setup.
