Branicks – Time to grasp the nettle

We have assessed upcoming maturities and how Branicks can meet them. In light of the current real estate market, we have updated our valuation of the SUNs and how that should impact our investment stance. Branicks will need to approach the SUN holders by Q3 2025, so we considered the options for creditors and the company and how this should impact our investment stance.
