Vivion – Reappraisal

The environment for Real Estate is changing. A more detailed comparison of our UK and German valuations to those of the company provides us with new insights into the respective portfolios and the dynamics currently at work. Using both these conclusions, we have appraised the capital structure and have ultimately taken a new position.
