The restructuring is finally complete, after the abortive attempts to leave existing shareholders driving the bus. The next step will be the publication of some numbers, so we can have a more informed look at the valuation of the various parts of the capital structure. The last financial statement was Q3 2023, and there has been plenty of water under the bridge since then.
