Adler - comment

Adler have concluded the sale of the Wilhelm in Berlin. Last year the property had an asking price of €150m, and we know of bids at €50m. We do not know the final price. The giant hole in the ground in the centre of town went to family owned Hilpert Group of Würzburg, who already bought Wasserstadt Tankstelle. True to German real estate transactions, Hilpert group has also not yet published any plans for the old gas station site. Apparently, it remains a land speculation.
