So we are halfway through October, and the wind is blowing. Should we update our analysis now, or wait to see if it's worthwhile? The bonds trade halfway between the two binary outcomes of the deal going through or not, as we suspect (this is speculation) that the shareholders are haggling over their relative positioning in the equity. So flaunting some deadlines ought to be part of that tarantella.
