Altice (SFR) France - comment

Altice France announces unanimous votes in favour of the draft accelerated safeguard plans. The hearing before the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal des activités économiques de Paris) for the approval of the accelerated safeguard plans is scheduled for July 22, and the closing of the Transaction is expected in October 2025.

This is a procedural matter, and with the level of support for the deal, it is fully expected.
