Altice SFR France - comment

The French police, supported by Eurojust, have conducted raids on several homes and businesses in France as part of an investigation into potential corruption involving third parties. Importantly, this is not an investigation into Altice or any alleged wrongdoing by the Company itself. Rather, the authorities are examining whether certain employees and suppliers may have defrauded Altice France (and other Altice entities) through overbilling on procurement and other invoices. The matter is connected to the two-year probe involving Armando Pereira and Altice International, initiated in July 2023.

These investigations are not expected to interfere with or delay the sales process for Altice France.
