AMS Osram has extended its long-term brand licensing agreement with Traxon Lighting, securing continued use of the OSRAM brand in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. The extension supports recurring, asset-light licensing income and preserves brand value in Asia without additional capital investment. While not material for deleveraging, it modestly supports cash flow stability alongside the company’s broader balance sheet initiatives.
