Antolin - comment

Resistance is futile... With acceptance deadlines behind us, Antolin has applied to the Bankruptcy Court of the Southeast District of New York to claim Chapter 15 (Chapter 15) of the United States Bankruptcy Code while the actual process should be running in Spain. According to what we are reading, the banks have now been joined by the EIB and the ICO, as well as further bondholders (we don't know the distribution), to receive approval of 80% in total. It's very much the deal we had been anticipating in our previous analyses, and we expect it to pass.
