Ardagh Group - comment

Nothing substantial changed with the announcement yesterday. The PIKs are in a weak position and will be crammed down in a court-based process. The only lever they have is the cost and delay that a court process will bring. Ardagh might throw the holdouts a bone to increase support from 82% to over 90%, but it will be small in the context of the overall economics of the restructuring.
