ASDA - comment
After the negative impact of the IT updates to logistics, ASDA needs to make sure that the changes to its distribution management teams do not lead to similar availability issues. The impacted staff are unionised, and ASDA need to ensure that the process is managed with minimal strike disruption. We still see the Leighton turnaround plan as being the right call and expect to start seeing results in Q2.
