Consolidated Energy - comment

We estimate that the CONSOL stake in Natgasoline is worth around $1.1 billion. Additionally, CONSOL would receive compensation if its contract to operate the plant is terminated. CONSOL will have to address this in its upcoming Q1 2025 call. OCI is free to sell its 50% share of Natgasoline to Methanex. The sale will be completed in Q2 2025. Methanex wants to operate the Natgasoline plant and may seek to buy out Consolidated Energy (CONSOL).
