Consolidated Energy - comment

The ownership and operation of Natgasoline will be a priority for Consolidated Energy and Methanex, but not immediately. We expect the agreements will be in 2026. Methanex will likely want to own 100% (currently 50%) or, at the very least, operate the facility. We have a valuation of USD 1.3 bn for the 50% held by Consolidated Energy.
