CPI Property Group - comment

A Luxembourg court has dismissed the Kingstown litigation against CPI in its entirety, rejecting a claim that had grown to €238m from an original €19.5m. This removes a potential liability at the subsidiary level, marginally reducing legal risk for creditors, although the judgment remains subject to appeal. The separate €535m Cyprus litigation involving CPIPG and Radovan Vítek remains outstanding. The development is modestly positive for creditors but does not materially change our credit view.
