Shareholders are repositioning themselves as France is about to double their position in the company, and Sunil Mittal considers following his money. Existing shareholders should be heavily diluted, but without the injection Eutelsat would enter a one-way path to restructuring. While creditors benefit, we don’t think this is the final equity injection Eutelsat will need in the next five years.
