Flora have appointed Giangaddo Prati as CFO to replace Florence Naviner, who will retire in March 2026 after the closure of the FY25 accounts. Mr Pratti was the CFO and CIO of the Barilla Group, the family-owned Italian food company focused on pasta and pasta sauces.
