Heimstaden - comment

(Aengus, on behalf of Tomás) – The tender offer (at par) for the 2027 bonds has been successful, with €345m tendered of a total of €400m outstanding. We expect the new 2031 SUNs to price at 8% to 8.5%, and the company expects to complete the new issuance by 25th July.
