Mobico - comment

Mobico's dispute with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (WMATA) is escalating. Following its filing of a lawsuit against the authority, Mobico has disclosed that the authority reacted with the formal cancellation of its contract with immediate effect. This dispute was never expected to end early and will certainly last into next year. In the meantime, however, we are expecting even less revenue from the contract and wonder how much cost Mobico can save in the short term to mitigate the fallout.
