Morrisons - comment

Our valuation of the Rathbones bread business in November 2024 was c€80m based on FYE 2023 results, but the business has deteriorated since then due to higher costs and the loss of an external customer. Hovis had been touted as a potential buyer at the time, although there are no reports that there is any external interest now.
