Morrisons - comment

Given the competitive UK environment, Morrisons' loss of its marketing director after two months reflects poorly on the company. CEO Rami Baitiéh will need to swiftly appoint a replacement for Claire Farrant. Still, since Morrisons is already emphasising multi-buy discounts and has started its pre-Christmas sales campaign, major strategic changes are unlikely.
