Kroger has decided not to proceed with the Charlotte CFC, so the payment to Ocado has risen by $100m to $350m. Kroger will continue to operate 6 CFC’s (5 open already and one due to open in 2026). The Charlotte CFC is not yet open, so the rental loss to Ocado will be less than the 3 that Kroger is shuttering.
