Ocado - comment

Underperforming CFCs are being shut as suppliers tweak their delivery models. We are surprised at the low level of compensation being paid to Ocado for this facility. The compensation payment of £18m seems low at 2.5x annual fee vs. nearer 4x for the Kroger CFCs. This may reflect a different balance of capacity fees vs throughput fees.
