OHLA - comment
The settlement of the Sidra litigation is a significant weight off OHLA. A potential liability of over €200 million has weighed heavily on OHLA since its first restructuring in 2021. The €24m award against the Consortium (OHLA 55%/Orascom 45%) will be covered by €40m in cash held at the project level. There will be cash of €16m, less costs, but we are not assuming that OHLA will receive any cash; costs and interest will consume the remaining funds.
