The Canalejas mediation will cost OHLA €6m rather than the €40m claimed by Mohari; we had seen the result of the mediation, but now we have the quantum. The pressure on the Amodio brothers to finally execute a sale of Canalejas is going to grow.
The OHLA telenovela is not over yet. We doubt he will be successful, but José Elías has launched a proxy website, Make OHL Great Again (https://mogaohl.es), as part of an attempt to rally other minority shareholders to block the Amodio brothers at the AGM on Friday.
