OHLA - comment
OHLA will need to raise at least €33m from shareholders outside of the Amodio family and the various consortia that entered the capital structure in December. We would be sceptical about getting that cash, but the success of bringing shareholders on board for the last raise took us by surprise, and we do not rule out another success here.
The company has also appointed an independent director, who used to be a director of BBVA in Mexico, so presumably is familiar and comfortable with the Amodia brothers.
