Pasubio - comment

Pasubio has acquired Luilor SpA, but with no financial details disclosed. This should be broadly positive as the Company continues to build on its strategy to expand its UNICA luxury materials platform. This is the third acquisition in less than a year, following SK!N in February 2025 and Antiba in April 2025, and reinforces its strategy to build a diversified “multi-material” luxury supplier spanning leather and textiles.\

Luilor adds complementary expertise in premium textiles, particularly jacquard and high-value technical and decorative fabrics, with exports accounting for the majority of its production. The transaction strengthens UNICA’s positioning as an integrated platform serving global luxury brands across automotive, fashion, and interior design end-markets. The Biagioni family, founders of Luilor, reinvest alongside PAI Partners and other shareholders, and continue to lead the business operationally while joining UNICA’s management structure.
