The Bologna Court has rejected the petition filed by minority shareholders against the management of MSC Società di Partecipazione tra Lavoratori S.p.A., the parent company of Rekeep, regarding alleged management irregularities. This dispute, originally filed in February 2024 and focused on the former Chairman, Claudio Levorato, was dismissed, with the court ordering the petitioners to cover legal costs for each opposing party. While the matter has always been external to Rekeep’s operations, it remains to be seen whether the shareholders will continue to pursue the allegations.

Separately, the Company has provided no further update on the Palermo Prosecutor’s Office investigation into an alleged bribery system involving public contracts, which previously resulted in the resignation of the President and CEO of Servizi Ospedalieri, a Rekeep subsidiary.
