Progress at last. Following the guiding words of Rachel Reeves and the company reiterating that the only credible bid in town - currently - is that of the creditors, the latter are sharpening up their proposal slightly - just about enough to cover some additional fines, a gesture to please Ofwat. After the recent stand-off, this seems like a minor breakthrough.
