Thames Water - comment

We understand that the creditor group, now calling itself London & Valley Water, has resubmitted its amended plan as per indications last week. However, there is no detail in the public domain as to the specific improvements made in the offer. We expect any difference to be only incremental and the plan to be substantially the same as before. As mentioned last week, the pendulum has swung the creditors’ way.
