Transcom - comment

Cecilia Bergendahl was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer in August 2025. Yesterday, Transcom announced that she will now assume the role permanently. Snejana Koleva, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer, will remain in post until October 2025 to support a smooth transition. Ms Bergendahl most recently served as interim Chief Financial Officer at Hector Rail AB from September 2024 to May 2025. Before that, she held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at SF Studios Group from January 2021 to May 2024.

The nature of the appointment raises some questions, as the company initially offered only an interim position while continuing the search for a permanent successor. It remains unclear whether this approach reflected hesitation on the part of the candidate or the company.
