Travelodge - comment

Travelodge have hired Freshfields as the company goes through its deliberations on the capital market options ahead.  We have been close to taking a short in the notes (see analysis), but have been held back by the high coupon and got lucky with the strong reporting. We will be revisiting the merits of a short position as we imagine numerous avenues forward, and few are pleasant for bondholders.
