Worldline - comment

Following its strong results the other day, Worldline are opportunistically tendering for their June '27 bonds at 98c/€. The bonds, of which €468.2m are still outstanding, were offered in 2020 with a coupon of only 0.875%. The offer will run next week and is set to conclude by Friday, and we expect it to be successful.
