Air Baltic - comment

Good news for the bonds. The Latvian government approved state purchases of Airbaltic bonds. This is only an instrument that could theoretically be used defensively or offensively. But it points to the state's willingness to work with the current corporate structure, go alongside bondholders and possibly subordinate its holdings to allow the value to accrue to the equity and society. We think this is a very positive indication.
