Altice International - comment

Altice International has announced that HOT has agreed to sell 100% of HOT Mobile to a consortium comprising Delek Israel, Keystone and Leumi Partners for total cash consideration of NIS 1.22bn. The price is below the originally rumoured NIS 1.88bn. Altice provided no further details on the transaction.
