Aston Martin’s bondholder dispute has escalated, with bondholders seeking US court discovery ahead of a UK legal challenge to the £550m HPS financing. Bondholders are seeking to unwind the recent transfer of assets outside the restricted group and have requested documents from HPS, Authentic Brands and the banks involved.
