Branicks - comment
The AGM approved the issuance of €480m of convertible bonds; there are no plans yet to issue these bonds, but it is conceivable that part of the proceeds could be for the purchase of further assets from Branicks. However, the AGM rejected a request from minorities to appoint a special auditor to investigate transactions with Branicks (for the second year). Any assistance to Branicks would come under significant scrutiny.
