Morrisons - comment

In October 2025, we estimated the value of the full Morrisons Pharmacy business to be £170m. Press reports now suggest only a partial sale of the loss-making outlets, reducing the scope and the price of any sale. We are unsure why buying the worst of the portfolio would be attractive to a buyer, unless it is at a significant discount. A full sale seems the better solution.
