Branicks - comment

Getting the Domination Agreement approved paves the way for the Amend and Extend operation for the 2026 SUNs. The full-year results will be published on 20th April 2026, and we expect movement by then at the latest. The split between those exchanging from VIB to Branicks shares has not been released yet, but we expect most will opt to receive the annual payment.
