Flora - comment

Flora has extended its revolving credit facility until October 2030. This is subject to the Senior Term Facilities also being extended to October 2030. We expect the process to extend these facilities will begin shortly. Separately, the Company has fully repaid its Polish-denominated Term Loan, which had an outstanding balance of 155 million złoty (equivalent to €40 million).
