Graanul provided an update on the consent solicitation process, as over 75% of existing noteholders have acceded to the Amend and Extend agreement. The early consent deadline is 5:00 p.m. New York time today, with the final deadline set for 21 August. Now that a UK scheme has become a viable option, the company is aiming and we expect it to achieve over 90% approval, so as to implement the deal more efficiently under the bond documentation.
