Heimstaden AB - comment

Heimstaden AB is issuing a new 5.5-year senior unsecured note, with Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Nordea Bank, and Swedbank mandated to arrange a series of investor meetings. Simultaneously, Heimstaden AB is tendering at 100% its 2027 Notes, enabling Heimstaden AB to extend its maturity profile. 

We were working on Heimstaden AB last week, exploring opportunities available to the Company to deal with upcoming maturities. We will publish our work later today.
