Tele Columbus - comment
0% of Tele Columbus’ SSN holders signing up to the creditor co-op agreement is a positive for the bonds. Tele Columbus is close enough to the 75% required to secure a court-backed deal; also, getting to the 90% needed to bind dissenting creditors is still feasible. Tele Columbus has been running short of cash and has slowed down its fibre rollout in recent quarters. To resume the build-out, fresh cash will be needed. Tele Columbus has put in place a structure to allow it to separate the Network from the customers, whether it could raise significant cash is doubtful. Alternatively, if the old business can be stabilised, Tele Columbus could be sold. Original report from Bloomberg.
